In this article the author discusses the feedback process in schools, wherein teachers provide information to student regarding the progress and quality of their work, and examines how educational technology can play a role in facilitating the feedback process. The author outlines several strategies and tools that can be used by teachers and school administrators including the online file-sharing website Google Apps for Education and student information systems that allow parents and students access to view assignments, attendance records, and grades.
